ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

At the outset, we would like to inform you that we sell only quality products procured from reputed manufacturers and suppliers. On receipt of your order, we select the right ordered product, carefully pack & dispatch by checking twice, so as to give you the right products.

Even though, mistakes may happen by us or our Courier Partners. So please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If you notice any of the following, please eMail us Or WhatsApp us with the photographs, Videos along with photo of the Invoice.

Received a Damaged Product
Received a Defective Product
Received a Wrong Product other than you have ordered one

But this should be informed within 3 days of receipt of the goods. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with its original packing, and proof of purchase. After confirmation we will replace the products or refund the amount. The process may take 8 to 10 days. Kindly bear with us.

EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETRUNABLE ITEMS

Size & Fitness Issue especially with regard to Reading Glasses. Most of the Reading glasses are of medium sized (mentioned as free size) to suit all. So, for the reason of Size, Fitness and Frame colour issues you cannot return them.

AND

Certain items, which we have mentioned in our site chashmacart.com as ‘Non-Returnable items’ are also cannot be returned or exchanged. Kindly note before placing your order.
